1. App Usage

Hero Cleaner is a tool for organizing and cleaning photos, contacts, and calendar entries.
You are responsible for how you use the app and the data you process with it.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app.
Use the app for illegal or harmful purposes.
Share your account or subscription with others.

3. Subscriptions

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellations: Manage subscriptions via your Apple App Store account.
Refunds: Refunds are subject to Apple’s App Store policies.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

Hero Cleaner is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always work perfectly or meet your expectations.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Data loss or corruption resulting from app use.
Damages caused by app malfunctions or third-party services.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be resolved in Polish courts.
